专利摘要:
A spark-over detector for an electrostatic precipitator has a current sensor (2) which provides a signal (a) which is differentiated twice to produce a signal (c). If the level of the signal (c) is above a predetermined level then a level-detecting circuit (7) passes a signal (d) to an AND-gate (8). A second level detecting circuit (9) receives the signal (a) and if this signal is above a predetermined level passes the signal (e) to a timing circuit (10) which provides a signal (f) from a first preset time after having received the signal (e) until a second preset time after the signal (e) has ceased. Thus, if a spark over starts to occur signals (d) and (f) occur simultaneously and the AND-gate produces an output signal (g) which can be used to trigger the thyristor switch circuit (T) of the pulse generator to conduction to prevent thyristor damage or destruction.

The invention relates to devices for generating control pulses, and can be used to protect the thyristor of an electrostatic precipitator pulse generator.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of thyristor protection by generating a control signal during the development of an arc discharge,
FIG. 1 shows a pulse shaper to protect the thyristor of the electrostatic precipitator generator; in fig. 2 - diagrams of the device.
The former contains a current sensor 1, the code of which is connected to a spark detection unit 2, which is connected to the first input of the thyristor switch-on unit 3, and a time relay 4, the output of which is connected to the second input of the thyristor switch-on unit 3, pulse occurrence detection unit 5, the input of which is connected to the output of current sensor 1 is the code to the input of time relay 4, the thyristor switch-on unit 3 is made as an element And equipped with an amplifier, and the unit 2 for detecting the presence of spark discharge is executed as a series of The first and second differentiating elements of Itov 6.7 and the threshold element 8 are switched on, wherein: the input of the first differentiating element 6 is the input of the definition unit 2; the presence of a spark, and the output of the threshold element 8 by the output of this block 2, the block 3 of the thyristor switch-on is made as an element 9 and equipped with an amplifier 10, the current sensor 1 is made on the high-voltage transformer 11 and the resistor 12. I
The pulse shaper operates as follows.
The signal from the pulse generator of the electrostatic precipitator (Fig. 2a) through the current sensor 1 diffuses into the first and second differentiating elements (Fig. 2v5 2c, respectively) of the block 2 for detecting the presence of spark, arriving at exit through

Horn element 8, activated when the magnitude of the negative signal exceeds the threshold level. This pulse (Fig. 2d) arrives at the first input of the thyristor switch-on unit 3, passage through it (Fig. 2g), at the output of the pulse former in the case of a signal arriving at its second input through the series-connected impulse detection unit 5 (Fig. 2e) and time relay 4 (Fig. 2f). The detection unit 5 is a threshold unit that outputs a signal when a predetermined positive level is exceeded. The signal from the thyristor switch-on unit 3 includes the protected thyristor.
